Cathleen Alves, Realtor®
Cathleen Alves comes from a background of more than twenty years in buying and selling residential and agricultural real estate, purchasing her first farm in 1994 at the age of 26, and has been actively buying and selling real estate ever since. Cathleen has had a wonderful opportunity to live in Idaho and Oregon allowing her the opportunity to be a hands-on businesswoman and manage a large family owned cattle ranch with her husband as well as earn an AAS Degree in Animal Health from the College of Southern Idaho. This real-life experience in sales, acquisition, and customer service makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. Cathleen entered the Real Estate world to share her personal skill learned through hands on experience to assist her clients in achieving their homeownership goals, and she hasn’t looked back. Cathleen is married to the love of her life and lives in Twin Falls, Idaho. She spends her free time traveling with her husband and kids. |
